Our Xacuti sauce captures the deep, earthy flavours of traditional Goan cooking — slow-roasted, layered, and full of warmth. 

Simply simmer with chicken, lamb, seafood, or vegetables to create a hearty, authentic dish that brings the vibrant spirit of Goa to your table.

COOKING METHOD

Step 1: Fry 500g of diced chicken breasts or thighs in a little oil until golden.

Step 2: Add the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Garnish with coriander. Enjoy with rice or naan bread

Tip!: Try it with your lamb or beef or your choice of Vegetables.


STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool dry place.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
