Traditionally cooked with vinegar, garlic, chillies, and warming spices, this sauce strikes the perfect balance between heat, tang, and deep flavour. 

Simply simmer with pork, beef, chicken, or vegetables to create a punchy, flavour-packed curry that's both authentic and unforgettable.

COOKING METHOD

Step 1: Saute 500g of your choice of protein or vegetables in a little oil until cooked.

Step 2: Add the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Enjoy with rice or naan bread


STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a cool dry place.

Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
